Joanna Community Hall

Joanna Community Hall

Welcome to the Joanna Community Hall

The Joanna Community Hall is an integral part of the local area both from an historic and “meeting place” perspective.  In fact, it is the only visible landmark defining Joanna.

The hall is used up to 10 times a year for various events – the highlight being the annual Christmas Party which attracts many local families for a community get together.

Events & Functions

The Joanna Hall is a community asset that services the local communities’ social needs.  We provide a meeting place for the local community to gather and enjoy each other’s company.

Apart from regular local gatherings, the hall is also available for hire for events such as:

Weddings, Birthdays, Fundraisers & Corporate Events

Hall Fundraising

The hall Committee run regular fundraising events to cover the costs of the hall’s maintenance and upgrades – to keep the Hall in the best condition possible.

The ever-popular annual Quiz Night features plenty of great prizes up for grabs.  The bi-annual Black Tie Ball is a night where the hall comes alive with live music & local wines.

Anyone is welcome to attend the fun events.

GET INVOLVED

Become a Supporter

Each year we ask our local community for a donation to help with the upkeep of the hall and to cover insurance costs.

We would be delighted if you would be able to support us in this way too. We know many of you have had a lot to do with the hall over the years, and this is a way you can still be involved.

Many, many thanks and we look forward to seeing you at the hall and keeping you updated with the exciting events we have planned (details coming soon!).
